Junior Investment Banking Analyst - Energy Power HybridRemote

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic Energy & Power team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the finance industry with a focus on energy sector transactions. As a Junior Analyst you will assist senior team members in executing financial advisory services conducting market research and analyzing industry trends. This position is hybrid/remote providing flexibility while maintaining a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support senior analysts and associates in the execution of mergers acquisitions and capital raising transactions within the Energy & Power sector.
• Conduct financial modeling valuation analysis and due diligence processes.
• Prepare pitch materials presentations and financial reports for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Perform industry and company research to support business development initiatives and client engagements.
• Assist in drafting transaction documents including offering memoranda and financial summaries.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including legal compliance and operations to ensure transactional accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor market developments regulatory changes and macroeconomic trends affecting the Energy & Power sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Prior internship or work experience in investment banking corporate finance or related fields preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (Bloomberg Capital IQ etc.).

Location: This is a hybrid/remote position allowing flexibility in work location with occasional travel required for client meetings and team collaboration.
