Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required

• 2 years of current experience in IV Therapy
• Must be proficient in IV skills including starting and stopping IVs care and maintenance of central lines and starting a peripheral line Required
• Vascular access team skills preferred
• Experience with chemotherapy preferred

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile

• BLS (AHA)
