Administrative Officer

About The Role

• Provide administrative support for the Recruitment Team with a high focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure that all staff records are set up and maintained with confidentiality accuracy and compliance in mind
• Liaise with Department managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of employees attendance to payroll team for processing
• Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in timely resolution to Employees queries via email and phone call
• Process applications renewal and/or cancellation of work passes and all other related matters for foreign employees.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned

What We Are Looking For

• Polytechnic Diploma with HR administrative experience is preferred
• Meticulous and organized ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Resourceful ability to adapt to a fastpaced environment
• Team player willingness to learn and accept new challenges
