Role Overview:

We are excited to offer the opportunity for a meticulous and proactive Italian Speaking Platform Safety Representative to join our expanding team in Porto. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating usergenerated content ensuring it complies with our stringent community guidelines. Your efforts will directly contribute to a safer and more enjoyable online environment for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Monitoring: Diligently oversee and scrutinize usergenerated content including text images videos and live streams to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety standards.
• Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce platform policies by identifying investigating and removing content that breaches our guidelines such as harmful inappropriate or offensive material.
• User Support: Act as a point of contact for users addressing their safety concerns responding to reports of violations and providing guidance on adhering to platform policies.
• Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report safety incidents trends and violations to the management team aiding in the continuous enhancement of our safety protocols.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow safety representatives and team leaders sharing insights strategies and best practices to bolster overall platform safety.
• Education and Awareness: Proactively educate users about community guidelines and promote awareness of safe online behavior through clear and supportive communication.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Italian with excellent communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to identify subtle nuances and critical details in content that may indicate guideline violations.
• Discretion and Professionalism: Capacity to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
• Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities in both Italian and English.
• ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative dynamic team environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in platform safety content moderation customer service or related fields is beneficial but not essential.
