In this vital role youll provide compassionate care to our patients and work closely under the guidance of our Director of Nursing. Heres an overview of your key responsibilities and the qualifications were looking for:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work with our skilled interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on detailed patient observations.

Administer Medications: Administer medications and monitor patient responses ensuring patients fully understand their treatment regimens.

Maintain Patient Records: Keep accurate and confidential patient records adhering to all privacy regulations.

Provide Education and Support: Educate and support patients families and staff regarding treatment plans and mental health issues.

Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement activities to continuously enhance our psychiatric services.

Requirements:

Educational Background: Associates degree Diploma or BSN in Nursing from an accredited college or university.

Licensing and Certification: Current RN license in Nebraska or a compact state along with CPR first aid and CPI certification.

Experience: Previous nursing experience in an acute care facility is preferred.

Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
