Head Reliability

Develop and implement comprehensive reliability strategies to enhance equipment
reliability and plant performance.
Establish reliability goals and KPIs and monitor progress towards achieving them.
Align reliability initiatives with the overall business objectives and operational priorities.
Oversee the implementation of reliabilitycentered maintenance (RCM) preventive
maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
Utilize root cause analysis (RCA) and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) to
identify and mitigate potential failures.
Implement condition monitoring and asset management programs to optimize
equipment performance.
Work closely with maintenance operations and engineering teams to ensure alignment
of reliability initiatives.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain to ensure the availability of critical
spares and materials.
Engage with external consultants and vendors to incorporate best practices and new
technologies.
Prepare and present reliability reports and performance metrics to senior management.
Utilize reliability software and tools to enhance datadriven decisionmaking.
Ensure all reliability activities comply with industry standards regulations and safety
protocols.
Promote a safetyfirst culture and implement reliability practices that enhance plant
safety and environmental compliance.
