الوصف الوظيفي
- Preparation of electrical design of Transformers from rating 25 KVA to 10000 KVA Upto 33 KV class transformers with a cost efficient and reliable solution alomgwith necessary cooling & tank calculation.
- Calculation Design and layout of Special application like Dual Voltage Converter Duty Solar and Wind Stepup application
- Work with European IEC & Indian standard in Electrical & Mechanical
- Active Participant in implementing the RND Team as the Technical department will be growing
- Check all drawing releases and monitor incremental serial numbers
- Adapt and feed BOM details in ERP system
- Provide checklist for incoming inspection and ensure the training on the product line scope to quality and industrial
- Coordinate technology transfer to manufacturing operations including working on manufacturing documentation
- Create Maintain documentation and specifications
- Ensure quality and reliability of the developed products
- Followup new designs & assess results at Test Lab (comparison theoretical vs. practical)
- Capitalization of data and compiling files for traceability and return of experience
- Aid in the resolution of production problems arising from design issues
- Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities without impairing quality
- Interface with suppliers and answer technical queries
- Provide input for new product ideas and roadmaps
- Assist supply management in supplier qualification and selection for designs
- Tenders technical analysis and Support to Marketing Team for RFQs for give range of transfomrers.
- The understanding of different documents transmitted by the technical or quality department of TRANSFIX
- Present the functioning problems between subsidiary and TRANSFIX in synthetic way
- Assist the production in the implementation of new products or equipement
- Assist technical meetings with customers develop the prescription work with standardization authorities
- Participate in the supervision meetings Quality Product
- Assist the technical tests and/or quality officer in the analyses of NC
