Shift Time: 1st Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Investment Operations Specialist.
• This hybrid role requires the candidate to be based locally in Milwaukee WI as the position involves occasional office visits for training and other needs.
• While regular inoffice presence is not mandatory the candidate should be available to come to the office when required.
• A hotel workstation setup is available as an option.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support account administrators with physical asset setups requiring precise attention to detail accuracy and manual data entry.
• Research and resolve reconciliation breaks identified by the fund accounting teams utilizing strong analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Proficient in navigating a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical problemsolving decisionmaking and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet established deadlines in a dynamic teamwork environment.
• Strong customer relations interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of trust and securities operational functions systems procedures and various products/services supported by the assigned areas.
• Basic understanding of regulatory and accounting principles.
