Our client specializes in investing in and renovating distressed singlefamily and multifamily homes in New Jersey for resale and rental purposes. The company ensures highquality workmanship and customer service through inhouse project management and a network of construction subcontractors.

Scope of the Role
The assistant will handle administrative tasks including ordering materials filling out permit applications communicating with vendors and subcontractors coordinating with bookkeepers and tax professionals paying bills organizing emails and scheduling meetings.

Duties and responsibilities:

• 3 years of experience assisting with day to day administrative tasks
• Experience managing emails.
• Ordering materials filling out permit applications speaking with vendors and subcontractors
• Experience working with bookkeeper and tax professional paying bills organizing email outlook
• Experience scheduling calls and meetings
• Handle incoming calls generated by flyers and schedule followup calls based on these inquiries.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of MS Office 365 including Excel OneNote MS Teams. Adobe Acrobat knowledge a must
• Must speak English have the ability to dial any US phone numbers and VPN to access all US websites and online stores.
• InDesign is a plus.
