Position: Administrative Assistant
Work Hours: MF; 9 am to 5 pm EST 9:00 pm to 5:00 am Manila Time
Pay Range: $1000 $1300/month
About the job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant with exceptional computer skills particularly in Excel Word and Gmail. The ideal candidate will be hardworking detailoriented and fluent in both written and verbal English.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough online research for various products.
- Create organize and manage complex spreadsheets and worksheets.
- Log and track email communications with vendors and customers.
- Clean up and maintain lists including vendor and deal lists.
- Enter and manage purchase orders accurately.
- Send followup emails and track responses.
- Prepare and organize buy sheets deal sheets and other relevant documents.
- Organize and update lists of deals including status updates (e.g. received samples made offers).
- Book and manage appointments.
- Assist in creating and managing mass email campaigns.
- Help manage buyer relationships and provide backend support for buyers.
- Add links images and MSRP details to lists for analysis.
- Plan and organize travel schedules and itineraries as needed.
Requirements:
- A year of proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Gmail.
- Familiarity with NetSuite is preferable.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
