Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of .Net developers in the analysis design and development of software applications using C# and ASP.NET.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and understand requirements for software development projects.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices in software development code reviews and adherence to coding standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers ensuring the overall growth and skill development of the team.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of software applications to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software development and integrate them into the team s workflow.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirement analysis design testing and deployment.
• Identify and address technical debt and areas for improvement in existing systems and processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of handson experience in software development using C# and the .Net framework.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers in software design and implementation.
• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC and web application development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database design and development.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS.
• Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or TFS.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a keen focus on delivering quality solutions within project timelines.
