As a General Surgeon at our Chhindwara MP location you will play a critical role in providing surgical care to patients diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions and performing various types of surgeries. Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients requiring surgical intervention.
- Conduct surgical procedures using a variety of techniques.
- Oversee preoperative and postoperative care of patients.
- Evaluate and advise patients on the risk and benefits of surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Keep accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technology.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Adhere to all relevant medical and ethical guidelines.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
- Supervise and train medical staff and students.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide emergency surgical intervention as needed.
Required qualifications
- MD or MBBS degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of a surgical residency program.
- Board certification in General Surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
- Proven experience as a General Surgeon.
- Excellent dexterity and handeye coordination.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in highpressure situations.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards.
- Detailoriented with a focus on patient safety.
- Solid understanding of surgical protocols and guidelines.
- Uptodate with current medical literature and trends.

- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
