1. Subject Matter Expert:

• Act as a subjectmatter expert in domain product and processes.
• Serve as a liaison with clients to drive the delivery of solutions.
• Lead business analyses and provide implementation expertise to clients.

1. Requirements Baselining & Solutioning:

• Conduct deepdive sessions on clients business and functional requirements.
• Compile and finalize requirements documentation.
• Drive application configuration and define system integrations and customizations.

1. Project Management & Delivery:

• Define project plans with timelines responsibilities and milestones.
• Lead review meetings to drive decisions and escalate issues.
• Communicate project progress and facilitate userreview/testing sessions.
• Ensure successful delivery of the solution maintaining high customer satisfaction.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage a team of implementation consultants.
• Drive change management for successful adoption of solutions.
• Serve as the point person for problemsolving and troubleshooting.

1. Financials & Collections:

• Facilitate timely raising of invoices and collection of receivables.
• Align on change requests with internal and client project teams.

• Ontime effective and withinbudget golive of implementations.
• High customer satisfaction scores (NPS or CSAT).
• Efficient team utilization.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in a clientfacing projectmanaging role in management consulting.
• Must have supply chain domain experience.
• Desirable to have SaaS experience and industry experience in Retail/Fashion & Lifestyle.
• MBA from Tier 1 institutes is desirable.
