Experience Required: 6 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Participate in coding activities (50%) and team management (50%).
• Own tasks and take full responsibility for their execution.
• Communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and clients.

Technical Requirements:

• SQL: Minimum 5 years of handson experience.
• Angular: Minimum 2 years of handson experience.
• Dotnet: Minimum 5 years of handson experience.
• Azure Cloud: Working knowledge and experience.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role managing and mentoring a team.

Key Skills:

• Strong technical expertise in SQL Angular and Dotnet.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to own tasks and responsibilities and drive them to completion.
