Troubleshooting and technical support

System deployment and systems design

Advising on technical business transformation solutions for large enterprises

Demonstrating and promoting modern deployment methods of Apple platforms

Engaging with customers to understand business needs and overcome technical challenges

Enterprise messaging collaboration WiFi client management solutions

Enterprise security technologies for iOS macOS

Knowledge of MDM and ABM deployment workflows

Advanced comprehension of network protocols wireless standards and modern authentication

Qualifications
