Customer Service Intern

If youre looking to gain experience in Customer Service we have a paid internship in our Service Shared Centre located in the heart of Wrocaw.

During this internship you will work on real cases real customers and real tasks.

We need real support and promise not to waste your time!

Tasks we will need your support with:

• answering questions suggestions remarks from clients: this involves addressing any queries or feedback from clients in German and English language
• updating information and reports on the company data and processes

If you speak German (B1/B2 level)and English (A2/B1 level) are an outgoing selfstarter able to work in fast paced environment and use your analytical skills this is for you.

Were basically looking for graduates and students of the following: Management Administration Linguistics Legal Accounting Education or IT but if you have the will and the skills we would like to talk to you!
