Are you an organised detailoriented professional with a knack for technical knowledge and impressive communication skills Berg Propulsion is looking for a Contract Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team. In this role youll have the opportunity to contribute to our goal of making global shipping safe and sustainable. The position is a temporary position to cover when our current contract administrator will be on parental leave but for the right person this might turn into a permanent position.

Job Description

As a Contract Administrator at Berg Propulsion you will handle the endtoend contract management process from drafting through to negotiation execution and renewal. Youll work closely with various departments ensuring contracts are in line with company goals compliant with legal requirements and completed in a timely manner. This role requires a blend of technical understanding excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare review and manage contractual proposals and agreements.
• Liaise with legal finance and technical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contract performance highlighting any risks or issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all contractrelated activities.
• Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence.
• Proven customer service experience demonstrating a customerfocused approach.
