• Excellent communication skills someone who can interact with multiple Business partners and prioritize the work packets
• Should be completely working in central time zone
• Should be proficient in using JIRA and be comfortable with JIRA for project management
• Have good knowledge of Mortgage
• Should have the ability to lead QA and BA teams
• Heavily Process oriented and should have the ability to share ideas if any on process optimizations
• Drive work to closure and manage releases and have SCRUM methodology knowledge (should have the ability to function as a SCRUM master. This is not a pure SCRUM master role)
