As a Senior Scrum Master you will:

• Improve the alignment and collaboration on squad and area level with an impact on our time to market.
  
• Facilitate squad and area scrum events.
  
• Speed up the Agile way of working () and heartbeat.
  
• Coach and guide two global highperforming squads to continuously improve their development process.
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• Educated at University level with a Bachelors or Masters degree.
  
• Certified (PSM1/PSM2) Scrum Master with at least 3 years of proven experience.
  
• Experience in coaching and guiding highperformance multicultural squads.
  
• Familiarity with common Agile practices serviceoriented environments and solid development practices.
  
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills with a focus on the scrum values of openness honesty and respect.
  
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
  

You should possess the ability to:

• Effectively intervene in both individual and group settings to bring teams to a higher maturity level.
  
• Persuade and inspire others while demonstrating attentive listening and building connections.
  
• Lead by example while maintaining an independent stance.
  
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Scrum framework including roles events artifacts and agile principles.
  
• Support squads by educating them and helping them continuously improve their development process.
