Job Requirements:

At least 1.5 years of Hardware BreakFix Installing.

Certification Requirements: A/Dell/Lenovo/nice to have Mac.

Description:

• TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications Hardware BreakFix Installing.
• Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with endusers to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
• Maintains analyzes troubleshoots and repairs computer systems hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents maintains upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights security and systems groups.
• Trains employees identifies analyzes and repairs product failures and orders and replaces.arts as needed.
• Break Fix experience on Desktop Laptop Printer and Servers.
