IT Support Analyst

We are looking for IT Support Analyst with 6 to 8 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location

Key Skills: End User Support Printer and Network critical Patching Windows 10 and 11

Provide day to day enduser support for a fleet of 1000 PC s.

PCs Printer and Software support Installation Configuration & Troubleshooting

Support PC Upgrades / Refresh and IT security end critical patching.

Responsible for Asset Management and tracking (PC s Printers Accessories).

IT support for the planned network and server outages.

Microsoft Azure virtual desktop support.

Work with Global teams on different time zones.

Graduate with 6 to 7 years experience in IT Infrastructure field

Effective problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.

Knowledge in Windows Operating System (OS V10 & V11) and cloud networking principles (VPN DNS).

Knowledge in Active Directory ServiceNow Asset management network troubleshooting.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills and be good team player.

Candidate should be willing to work in rotating first or second shift.
