Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Services Associate to join our Client Services team.
This position is responsible for assisting clients with their financial and business needs.
The Client Services Associate will work closely with the financial advisor and other team members to provide clients with the highest level of service and support.
This position will work closely with our Advisory team Investment team and operations team to ensure that client needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
Provide exemplary client service and communication to highnetworth individuals. Embody the way of caring for clients and connections delivering and continuously improving the firms service model Handle daytoday client service activities for complex highnetworth individuals o Prepare and process all new client onboarding paperwork and incoming account transfers o Facilitate money movement which includes wires third party wires links to bank accounts journals and checks o Schedule confirm and periodically attend client meetings o Monitor account activity alerts transfers etc.
and take any action necessary o Track significant client events such as birthdays and send cards as appropriate o Coordinate annual tax reporting with client CPAs and handle annual required minimum distributions (RMDs) for retirement accounts Provide business development support and administrative assistance for two advisors Perform daytoday office & project management duties as needed for the firm.
