Roles & Responsibilities

• Work effectively in an agile team to define build deploy and own software products
• Contribute to architecture design that solves business problems
• Play an active role towards continuous improvement of the development teams processes
• Mentor other members of the development team
• Provide production support for applications owned by the development team
• Drive innovation through research into new tech
• Has a balance between leadership skills and technical skills.
• Take ownership of code quality and technical debt

Job Description

• 10 years relevant experience
• Experience in managing multi skilled development teams
• Experience with Angular and Nodejs and other JavaScript frameworks
• Have designed and developed REST APIs
• Experience with GCP and DevOps
• Experience using system monitoring tools Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL MySQL) and NoSQL databases
• Able to influence and drive teamwork to meet key milestones and overcome challenges
