Job Title: Key Accounts Manager / Business Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Accounts Manager to lead our sales efforts targeting Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling professional services IT offshore/onshore/nearshore projects staff supplemental and product software solutions and services to C and seniorlevel management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the complete sales process including prospecting qualifying identifying opportunities coordinating team presentations and proposals and closing business for services and product softwarebased solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams and partners to develop solutions and lead complex sales cycles.
  • Pursue multiyear annuity deals leveraging both onshore and global delivery capabilities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in setting up dedicated teams and ODCs for large organizations.
  • Work closely with existing client accounts and Industry Leaders to identify new potential customers and facilitate successful transitions of opportunities to the delivery team.
  • Utilize strong information gathering skills to understand client needs and preferences.
  • Hunt or farm and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
  • Coordinate internal approvals and sales team resources manage solution/proposition development client interactions and relevant client demonstrations.
  • Facilitate negotiations and closing activities ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales/account management roles preferably in the IT services industry.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferably in Supply Chain/Accounting
  • End to end B2B Sales lifecycle experience including lead generation qualification and closure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and build trust with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in selling professional services and IT solutions to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Strong understanding and experience in selling across technologies and multitiered vertical industries.
  • Experience working with global delivery centers and setting up dedicated teams and ODCs.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and data engineering products and industries.
  • Ability to originate sales and relationships with Csuite clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing complex sales processes.
