Client serves customers worldwide.
Position: Performance Systems Associate

Job Description:
What you will do
- The Client Performance Systems Associate will assist in providing continuity support and guidance to our performance based contract from Financial Close forward.
- This will involve working alongside the Transition Manager Project Managers and Transition Team to support all phases of mobilization including onboarding change management document management and asset collection.
- The position will be based out of Client location at a newly constructed electric vehicle battery manufacturing plant.
How you will do it
- Review and gain a thorough understanding of contract documents specifically scope of services and key performance indicators to facilitate the development of project specific workbooks.
- Maintain and update mobilization plans and schedules.
- Review these schedules with site team management subject matter experts to ensure delivery of contractual requirements.
- Coordination of asset data information creation of preventative maintenance job plans updates to recurring schedules to facilitate the set up and support of the maintenance management system.
- Participate in the implementation of the maintenance management system including monitoring and maintaining the system once the site is operational.
- Support the coordination of the PostConstruction warranty management.
What we look for
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Facility Management experience
- Interpretation of commercial building plans specifications Mechanical & Electrical drawings equipment datasheets
- Familiarity in HVAC/R Electrical Plumbing and General Facilities
- Familiarity with contract management
SKILLS AND APTITUDE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools specifically Word Excel Project.
- Ability to learn the functionality of a CMMS system
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
