Production Manager

Responsible & Review for:
Responsible for taking care of all production house related work injection molding fitting painting and welding department
Responsible for coordinating with MD/Sales& derive production planning/production schedule
Shall review Production Plan verses actual Production on daily basis along with team
Shall be responsible for coordinating with all departments along with store keeper and inform MD/Sales Coordinator for arrangement of raw material tools job work items & spares on basis of minimum stock level dispatch requirement and daily requirement
Shall be responsible to issue /maintain / received any type of tools / gadgets in working condition / test certificate / periodically maintenance in production department with monitoring over Maintenance & Mold department
Shall be responsible for tracking report of the preproduction (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage.
Shall be responsible for being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
Shall be responsible for overseeing that intimation for any amendment in manufacturing process / component / part in prescribe format in ISO reached to Design team.
Shall be responsible for update & maintain all machine status / process / documents
Shall be responsible for maintain quality audit in assembling & manufacturing process of machine
Shall be responsible for making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
Shall be responsible for assessing project and resources requirements
Shall be responsible for estimating negotiating and agreeing timescales with Operations
Shall be responsible for renegotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Shall be responsible for the execution/obey/implementation of workplace safety rule in workshop

Shall be responsible for controlling further proceeding assembly or delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected

Shall be responsible for intimation to operations/sales/dispatch department when orders are complete & for overall delivery schedule
Shall be responsible for coordinating with MD for QA regarding activity
Shall be responsible for overall supervision for production inspection and maintenance activity
Responsible for maintain the Standards for PQCDSM (Productivity Quality Cost Delivery Safety and Morale.
Ensuring basic safety standards are maintained across the organization
Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company
Responsible for conducting daily morning meeting
Responsible for giving training on 5S monthly
Responsible for applying lean tools in entire organization
Responsible for calculating OEE on daily basis

Responsible to ensure that lean documents are being maintained by all zones in the prescribed formats.
Ensuring suggestion policy is being implemented in the organization.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer knowledge is must
Proficiency with Word/Excel and Outlook
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good physical health
Ability to motivate others
Selfconfident
Ability to work in a logical systematic manner
