Job Description
The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for End to end recruitment process for Group level Joining & Exit Formalities Performance Evaluation.
Primary Responsibilities
Sourcing of Candidates from Various Job portals Recruitment Agencies and other sources.
Conducting Campus Recruitment
Screening and shortlisting of Candidates
Conducting preliminary interviews
Coordinating online and personal interviews
Managing Various Skill tests
Background Verification
Appointment and onboarding
Induction and coordination of training if required
Secondary Responsibilities
1. Preparing recruitment MIS reports every month
2. Updating the career page on our website and to follow up with the candidates
3. Scanning and keeping records of recruited employees in our database
Education Qualification
Post Graduate or MBA (HR)
Experience
Minimum 3 Years in Relevant Field
