Project Manager - Fitness First UAE

Develop and implement strategic plans for projects and facilities management in alignment with company goals and objectives.

Lead the planning coordination and execution of new club launches from conception to completion in multiple countries.

Conduct thorough site assessments and feasibility studies for potential new club locations including market analysis and competitor research.

Support the CEO in strategic decisionmaking by providing insights and recommendations based on project performance and market trends.

Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budgetary constraints.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design construction operations marketing and finance to ensure alignment and seamless execution of club launch initiatives.

Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices for club launch projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Oversee the upkeep and refurbishment of existing clubs including scheduling maintenance activities coordinating with vendors and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Monitor and report on project progress identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates and addressing inquiries or concerns related to club launch and upkeep projects.

Build an upkeep long term relationships with contractors and service providers.

Ensure the correct management of yearly budget for refurbs.

Supervising and leading all maintenance and repair processes operations and installation activities.

Lead a team of assistant managers facility supervisors and maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations and optimal utilization of resources.

Coach mentor train and develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.

Stay abreast with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to project management and facilities maintenance.
