Position : Supply Chain and Inventory Management Specialist

Work Hours : MF 3pm12mn Philippine timezone

Pay Range : $ 1200 $2000 per month

About the job:

We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Supply Chain and Inventory Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management logistics coordination and inventory control specifically within the Amazon FBA environment. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain processes ensuring timely and costeffective delivery of products from multiple global suppliers and maintaining optimal inventory levels across various marketplaces.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Forecasting and Planning:
    • Develop accurate demand forecasts based on sales data market trends and business goals.
    • Create comprehensive production plans to meet forecasted demand and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
    • Generate and manage purchase orders ensuring timely procurement of inventory from suppliers.
  • Logistics Management:
    • Oversee all logistics operations including sea air and truck transportation.
    • Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to ensure timely and costeffective shipment of goods.
    • Monitor and track shipments resolving any issues that arise during transit.
  • Supplier Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with multiple suppliers from around the world with a focus on suppliers in China.
    • Negotiate contracts prices and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
    • Ensure suppliers meet quality standards and delivery schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years in supply chain management for Amazon FBA specifically within the US market (must have).
    • Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple marketplaces (Canada EU UK) is a bonus.
    • Proven experience working with suppliers in China (must have).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make datadriven decisions.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Effective communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
    • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other eCommerce platforms.
