Requirements

• Experience: Several years of experience as legal counsel corporate lawyer or contract manager
• Advantage: Experience with contract forms like UAV UAVGC or FIDIC
• Interest: Expand into financing insurance and operations
• Affinity: With technology
• Independence: Operate independently align with objectives and policies coordinate with stakeholders when necessary
• Persuasion: Ability to persuade based on facts arguments and examples
• Language Skills: Excellent command of Dutch and English both spoken and written

As a Contractual Law Attorney youll be responsible for drafting and managing contracts within our company projects. From the initial client inquiry to delivery and even during the operational phase you play a crucial role in controlling contract processes to achieve client project goals.

In this role you act as the primary legal advisor to project managers asset managers and clients. Your responsibilities will include drafting contracts for the acquisition of civil and electrical works managing multiyear maintenance contracts financing and insurance.

In summary as a Contractual Law Attorney youll tackle complex multidisciplinary problems requiring a helicopter view and a strong business understanding.
