Job Description: Account Manager

Location: Remote based in the US

Position Type: FullTime

Industry: Human Resources/Recruitment

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our team of remote recruiters in an Account Management function. This role is crucial in supporting our midmarket to enterprise growth accounts. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing diverse teams and possess strong recruitment knowledge with excellent account management skills being a significant plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key business stakeholders. Understand client needs and ensure the recruitment strategy is aligned to meet these needs effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead coach and mentor a team of remote recruiters. Ensure the team meets their recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.
  • Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored to the needs of midmarket to enterprise clients ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Management: Track team performance against recruitment targets and metrics. Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members to foster growth and development.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruiting to remain competitive and innovative.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment with at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment efforts in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate remote teams.
  • Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a remote setting.
