Allianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich Germany based subsidiary of Allianz SE.

ADH has a dual mission: Developing cloudbased software applications for Health insurance and supporting Allianz units worldwide in optimising their Health insurance business along the value chain.

Tasks

• Develop deep expertise in insurance data models and consult Allianz entities globally on data transformation
• Drive data harmonisation and quality initiatives by contextualising data for different stakeholders
• Independently organise track and manage data transformation projects with Allianz entities.
• Communicate requirements and timelines effectively with various stakeholders.
• Conduct raw data analysis design and implement data processing and cleansing pipelines and improve data quality.
• Analyse and visualise data to identify new business potentials.Develop deep expertise in insurance data models and consult Allianz entities globally on data transformation

Requirements

• Masters degree (or Bachelor with comparable work experience) in Computer Science Data Engineering Quantitative Economics Applied Statistics or related field
• Several years of working experience in data engineering and analysis
• High willingness to combine business knowhow with technological skills
• High level of analytical skills coupled with strong problemsolving capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex analytical and technical content with insightful visualizations to a nonexpert audience
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus; strong willingness to deep dive into (health) insurance data and development of good understanding is expected
• Expertise in data modelling and Python especially handling large datasets with PySpark
• High degree of selforganisation individual responsibility and decisiveness
• Profound research skills to bring in outsidein perspectives and drive innovative solutions
• Fluency in written and spoken English German language skills are a plus but no requirement
