For the Region EUROPE we are looking for a

Regional Tender & Implementation Working Student (m/f/x)

in Hamburg.

Tasks

A variety of tasks are waiting for you amongst others:

• Support the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual golive of the project
• Maintain project documents like action tracker status update reports etc.
• Attend internal meetings including preparation and followup
• Perform different analysis related to volume data and provide analytical support for pricing
• Support during the development of the automated tender pricing tool
• Identify and implement continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases

Requirements

You bring along:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
