Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate business objectives
• Direct daytoday operations for optimal performance
• Implement Lean strategies for efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators for process improvement
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects

• Ensure effective inventory management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
• 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• 5 year in Block Wall or Paver fabrication experience. (Must have experience with Besser Hess Columbia Tiger Masa or other block/paver machines. )
• Proven track record of leading teams in a selfdirected environment
• Strong communication and strategic planning skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; INFOR or Syteline experience a plus
