Materials Supply Chain Director

In this role you will be responsible for optimizing operational processes and fostering crossfunctional collaboration across company business units. Oversees multiple projects specializing in planning production demand scheduling and shipping/receiving management. Ensures efficient supply chain and distribution manages thirdparty partners and aligns inventory with production and sales targets. Identifies production bottlenecks resolves delays and enhances scheduling accuracy. Utilizes data analysis to drive strategic decisions and improve planning efficiency. Leads supplydemand balancing and manages scheduling and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum of 35 years in experience in Materials or similar director role.
• Experience in managing growth objectives and diverse supply chains.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Expertise in project management and Microsoft Office suite.
• Understanding of fabrication and assembly processes; willingness to travel as needed
