About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a handson role and are passionate about contributing to the production process.
We are looking for analytical thinkers who excel at troubleshooting complex processes working together in a teamshowing initiative to identify and drive improvement with a focus on driving results and a strong sense of corporate identification aligning with the companys values and mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to safety protocols and production guidelines.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Electromechanical and Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of handson experience as a Production Technician in a heavy industrial environment.
- Proven expertise in operations from a control room setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
