Sales Manager

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  
• Lead motivate and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients distributors and partners to drive sales growth.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company s customer base.
  
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  
• Collaborate with marketing product development and other teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team providing feedback coaching and training as needed.
  
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends competitive activities and market developments.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• Must be resident within Tema or not too far from Tema.
  
• Experience in sales within the food industry experience in the frozenfood business is a plus.
  
• Minimum 5 years experience
  
• The role is both office and field work.
  
• Degree in marketing is a must.
