We are looking for an estimator for Foundation & Superstructure work based in NYC

Job Duties:

• Review Concrete bid requirements thoroughly to determine the scope of work and required contents of the estimate
• Use takeoff software to establish bid quantities
• Transmits all bid data to subcontractors
• Drafts scope letter inclusions exclusions and clarifications for estimates
• Prepares and submits complete concrete bids and budgets by deadlines
• Maintains relationships with subcontractors and vendors for future bids
• Maintain contact with bidding GCs and architects on clarification of scope on projects in estimating
