ServiceNow CMDBDiscoveryBusiness Systems Analyst

Work with stakeholders to successfully document technical requirement that can be used to build solutions for complex workflows tied to BAU work and/or projects
They must be able to complete quality assurance (QA) testing for workflows that include manual fulfillment full API integrations (bilateral multiple tools) full regression and testing over multiple tools (ex. PagerDuty Moogsoft Sailpoint)
They should have expert knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and multiple modules within the tool.
They have an expert understanding of best practices within ServiceNow such as recommended workflow solutions existing ServiceNow APIs that can be leveraged functions within the different ServiceNow versions (Next Experience Flow Designer)
They are capable of creating reports within the ServiceNow Reporting module on multiple tables and have a good understanding of Performance Analytics and when that functionality should be used
Excellent understanding of Scum and agile methodologies like minimum viable product prioritization methods first infirst out (Kanban) capacity planning resource throughput calculations
They are able to work independently with no guidance and supervision and can mentor junior and intermediate BSAs
They should be able to proactively address process gaps and implement solutions to close those (ex. introducing automation to remove a manual step from the SDLC process)

Experience in a matrix environment such as a large publiclytraded corporation
Ability to facilitate between and influence key decision makers
