Supply Chain Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge in Inventory management
• Basics of tally (Optional)
• Order fulfilment/ Order processing
• Coordination with warehouse team and logistics team for order fulfilment and shipment delivery on time at amazon and other marketplace
• Monitor and maintain optimal DOC for products listed on Amazon and other marketplaces ensuring inventory levels are in line with sales forecasts and customer demand.
• Prioritize low DOC products when creating shipments working closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Identify and communicate low DOC product needs to the purchasing team providing clear and actionable indents for procurement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to address low DOC products suggesting strategies such as increasing prices reducing promotions.
• Oversee the release of purchase orders (POs) for low DOC items ensuring accuracy and timeliness to maintain inventory levels and prevent stockouts.
• Track and analyse DOC across various marketplaces identifying trends and making data driven recommendations to optimize inventory management.
• Coordinate with In stock Support Managers (ISMs) and other marketplace representatives to address inventoryrelated issues ensure compliance with platform
• requirements and maintain strong working relationships.
• Continuously review and improve inventory management processes identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and cost savings.
