Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the DSA Vertical for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP). This is an individual contributor role requiring a highly motivated selfstarter who can drive sales and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to drive home loan and LAP sales.
• Identify and onboard new DSAs to expand the business network.
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for DSAs to enhance their performance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales preferably in the home loan and LAP segment.
• Strong network of DSAs in the respective locations (Agra Varanasi).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Goaloriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
