Your missions
As Legal Counsel Wealth Management you will :
- Provide legal advice on the wealth planningactivities (mainly civil commercial corporate and consumer law aspects)
- Advise the bank on its duties and responsibilities in respect of Wealth Management in particular in relation to credit structuring and implementation and MIFID regulatory aspects
- Draft and finalise all documentation and contractsin relation with activities linked to wealth management in the bank
- Contribute to adhoc company projects
- Actively participate in the legal and regulatory developments within the company this includesthe creation of new products
- Work in coordination with other departments (compliance risks product development IT)
- Participate in external working groups (ABBL etc.)
- Coordinate external legal counsel where needed
Your ideal profile
- University degree in law (BAC5)
- 5 years experience in a (large) financial institution or a law firm in Luxembourg
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourgs banking legal and regulatory environment
- Excellent organization and coordination skills combining attention to detail and an efficient overview of key questions and priorities
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong interpersonal skills
