The project and the team

The project involves building the solution that converges network applications and IT system observability across heterogeneous data sources and provides actionable insights. Additionally engineering effort is needed to set up and integrate the solution on the clients environments.

What else you should know:

• The team consists of less than 15 people including engineering manager DevOps and Frontend engineers
• We use Agile methodology.
• Our tech stack for the project includes: GCP AWS Bash Terraform Ansible OPA K8s Golang Python Kafka MongoDB Postgresql SNMP ETCD
• The client is based in the US.

We work on multiple interesting projects at the time so it may happen that well invite you to the interview for another project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.

Your role

As a part of the Solutions Engineering Team you will be responsible for:

• Handson integration of the solution to meet customer requirements;
• Deploying the solution at customers including understanding their data workflow & analytics requirements;
• Being a technical expert on the operational analytics solution for networks applications & security workflows;
• Ensuring that customers are adequately enabled for use understanding & self serve extensions of the solutions capabilities;
• Collaborating with sales team and partners for presales activities;
• Owning design development & execution plans for POC and lead to completion of deployment;
• Improving the product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews.

Do we have a match

As a Cloud Software Engineer you must meet most of the following criteria:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field;
• Experienced in coding with Python Ansible.
• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS GCP and Azure;
• Experience with designing SQL queries to extract validate and analyze data.
• Networking knowledge (e.g. Data Center WAN SDWAN Wifi DNS/DHCP Load Balancing)
