We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Home Care Manager to lead and expand a services in the West Suffolk area operating from the Bury St Edmunds office.
As a Home Care Manager you will oversee daytoday operations and drive business growth with the aim of becoming the premier home care provider in the region. You will receive support from the Operations Director HR & Recruitment Team and Training Manager.
Schedule: MondayFriday with some oncall duties
Salary range: £38000£45000
Holiday allowance: 22 days plus bank holidays
Sick Pay: 2 days paid

Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Manager of a Domiciliary Care business
- Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Skills:
- Indepth understanding of the social care sector
- Strong knowledge of regulatory responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills (verbal written electronic)
- Proven management abilities
- Experience in staff recruitment
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear police check relevant to the country of residence
- Driver with own vehicle
