Your mission will be to provide customer service in the French language both by phone and email for an important financial institution.

• Fixed discontinuous contract with 2 months trial period.
• Full time 39 hours/week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday rotating between 9am and 6pm.
• Modality of work: Hybrid mode (the trainings are onsite. Agents must attend the office at least one week per month). We are located in the area of Puerta de Toledo/Pirmides Paseo Imperial 14.
• Salary of 1538 gross/month.
• Training start date 24th June.
