Job Opportunity: We are actively seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the roles of Customer Service Executive and Customer Service Manager. These positions focus on retail banking products including CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) Gold Loan Insurance Fixed Deposits (FD) and Recurring Deposits (RD).

Compensation (CTC): Up to 2.5 to 5 LPA

Job Description:

• Customer Service Executive: Responsible for providing excellent customer service handling customer queries processing transactions and crossselling banking products like CASA Gold Loan Insurance FD and RD. Ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets for banking products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail banking products is mandatory.
• Candidates must have a track record of sourcing through the open market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers to understand their banking needs.
• Promoting and selling retail banking products.
• Maintaining and building longterm relationships with customers.
• Ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.
• Achieving individual and team sales targets.
