Power BI AnalystEngineer

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives processes and requirements
  
• Conduct indepth analysis of business processes workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement
  
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements and specifications for datadriven solutions
  
• Collect clean and analyze large datasets to uncover trends patterns and insights
  
• Design and create interactive dashboards reports and visualizations using Power BI to communicate key findings and performance metrics
  
• Ensure that visualizations are intuitive userfriendly and aligned with business requirements
  
• Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Excel to create compelling and informative visuals
  
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisionmaking
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to share insights gather feedback and drive consensus on actionable recommendations
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement automation and optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  
• Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
  
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices
  
• Actively participate in knowledge sharing training and mentoring to foster a culture of learning and innovation
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or certification in Business Analytics Data Science or a related field Master s degree preferred
  
• Proven experience (7 years) in business analysis data analysis and data visualization
  
• Expertise with data visualization tools especially Power BI and DAX
  
• Strong proficiency in SQL Python DAX or R for data manipulation and analysis
  
• Experience with the development of data pipelines in Azure Data Factory is a plus
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices
  
• Knowledge of data governance data quality and data management best practices
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
