Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide comprehensive support to users on hardware software and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Engage with thirdparty vendors for support services.
Installation and Configuration:
- Install configure and maintain operating systems software and peripheral devices.
- Manage and maintain internal cloud systems (Microsoft 365 SharePoint Azure Zoho Suite).
System Maintenance:
- Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and optimize performance.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
User Management:
- Set up and manage user accounts and profiles.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Soft Skills:
- Selfstarter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to manage own outputs and work under pressure.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in technical support
- Matric
- A and N Certificates or other relevant technology certifications.
- ITIL Foundation
- Exposure to cloud technology
- Intro to Project Management
