Job Description

In this role youll make an impact in the following ways (Job Duties and Responsibilities):

• Perform infrastructure upgrade tasks for vSphere 8
• Work with other infrastructure teams and application endusers to perform various infrastructure maintenance tasks
• Assess situations and perform proactive analytics for change to minimize issues before they evolve
• Perform various infrastructure expansion tasks as they relate to VMware vSphere Cisco UCS and Dell
• Conducting basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis for VMware vSphere Cisco UCS and Dell issues

To be successful in this role were seeking the following (Qualifications):

• Strong background in virtualization and hardware troubleshooting with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with internal clients to resolve issues
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve complex network issues
• Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting VMware vSphere products
• Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco UCS
• Working knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting Dell hardware

Required Skills/Experience

• Managing & troubleshooting the vSphere environment
• Work with hardware vendors for breakfix remediation

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Managing and troubleshooting Cisco UCS and Dell hardware
• Triaging and troubleshooting incidents
