Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual career counseling sessions with clients to assess their skills interests and career objectives
• Provide personalized guidance and support to help clients develop effective career plans
• Offer insight into various career paths job opportunities and educational programs
• Utilize assessment tools to evaluate clients strengths weaknesses and aptitudes
• Assist clients in creating resumes cover letters and preparing for job interviews
• Stay updated on current job market trends and industry demands
• Recommend training programs and professional development opportunities to clients
• Collaborate with clients to identify potential career obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all counseling sessions
• Utilize digital platforms for scheduling client communication and document management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Counseling Psychology Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in career counseling or related roles
• Strong understanding of various career paths and industry requirements
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Empathetic and patient approach towards clients
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
• Proficiency in using assessment tools and career development resources
• Knowledge of resume writing interview preparation and job search strategies
• Certification in counseling or career development is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Techsavvy with the ability to use digital communication and counseling platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
